The way the owner responded to me I told him that I will check in late early in march 26 because the flight from Cebu to Manila was late He was insisting to check out after 9-10 hours at 12 noon . I told him , I can’t because I have my family kids and infants. Then he agreed for 2 pm and he said you shall pay fee 200/ hours Talked to him against that I need your help to leave 7 pm but he was insisting for payment During the check in the unit representative agreed for us to check out 4 pm but , at 4:10 pm another lady came to me you shall learn now I told her the lady that gave the key confirmed that 4 pm ok , also the owner promised to override the fee but he didn’t At 4:20 another representative came to me shouting on me to leave now and I shall pay 400 pesos for 2 to 4 The did a big mistake mating video to me during the discussion. For me it’s not that big deal but he crops the red lines in which he video my wife that is a Muslim woman which is not allowed to do such action. I told him stopped but he refused , keep videoing us. To put an end to this worse situation , I told come down to the lobby , we will leave now and I will you the 400 pesos but you shall give prove that you took to me I told him that I will complain to booking.com about your mistake to video my wife , he said I don’t care talk and complain to them Now , officially I need my rights from booking management for such behavior that gay he did Attached is his face for confirmation Waiting your action please that I shall get what the system allow for compensation Regard Tariq al ansari

Near NAIA 3. This had always been my go to place to stay because it is near the airport and i just loved the environment in Newport.

Great size of the rooms with spaces for everyone from our group. Clean and ready for our arrival! They also kept our luggage after check out as we had a late flight to catch and the staff was very friendly. Good wifi in our room

Everything was good!

Good location, close to the airport and with many food and shops around.

Close to airport , I'll still have to hire a uber..I have heavy luggage.

Satisfactory enough.
