Quiet and comfortable

Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was great and we had a fantastic 2 nights

We had Room 2. It was spotlessly clean, warm, cosy and very comfortable. The room was light and airy and the bed was REALLY comfortable. The packet of fudge on the tea tray was a surprise, welcoming and delicious. The fresh milk in the fridge was also great. The breakfast options were excellent and delicious. We had the full English, the scrambled eggs, bagel with smoked salmon and the yogurt, with fresh berries and muesli; nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location and cleanliness

The small bathroom sink and lack of space for toiletries. The controlledness of the stay and of the instructions as to do this with laundry, leave the door open for ventilation, put the towels in the bag provided leave the rubbish in the bag provided outside the door, felt a but like I was providing my own service and the strictness of the breakfast portion controlling, although beautiful food, cooied to perfection, you couldn'tjust help yourselfto extra juice, cereal etc. Although I've given high scores and couldn't fault the things detailed, these were my personal observations. Also the room key and inner outdoor key are very similar and no distinction between them, perhaps a coloured dot or something to flag up the difference. The hosts were very pleasant, but due to the strict rules, quite difficult to fully relax.
