Penralley House B&B

Beautiful house just on the edge of the centre of town. The host Steve was welcoming and attentive. Room was spotless, spacious snd very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional!!

Two male cyclists in twin room. Fantastic place to stay. Steven was great for local knowledge. Lovely Welsh charm about the house. Clean, great breakfast. Beautiful garden with views to sit in. We sat in garden with a beer after a day on the trails. Highly recommend

The hospitality of the host. Excellent and generous breakfasts. Well presented property and garden. Very clean and tidy. Good parking facilities. Great location for walking and cycling.

Steve is a natural and exceptional host. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area, and always at hand if you need anything. Extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with a brilliant range of choices. The location is absolutely perfect is the beautiful village. Perfect for all the nearby attractions, the main one for us was Elan Valley. A variety of pubs and restaurants very close by. I wish I had been able to stay longer and we are already planning on returning next summer. Onsite parking was a bonus, although plenty of on street parking available. Couldn't have asked for more. The room was absolutely spotless. This place is a credit to Steve! Thank you again, Jack and Siobhan.

Great location just metres from the village centre with the added bonus of parking at rear. Excellent host - very informative about local attractions and amenities and even booked a table for us at a local pub for our evening meal.

very welcoming. Tastefully decorated rooms inc dining room. Breakfast was exactly as requested and v good.

If we'd been staying in warm weather and having to have the windows open, the noise from the front room(s) would have been difficult to sleep through. Going forward, with climate change etc, mini airconditioners may be useful ( not just the fan that was in the room)
