チェックインの際、スタッフの方からの案内が好印象でした。 大手ホテルのようにマニュアル通りの対応を受けても問題に感じることはありませんが、機械的な印象は受けます。チェックインの際、担当の方から説明を受けた際、業務内容か福山という土地が好きなんだろうなと感じました。具体的な内容ではなく、あくまで印象ですがこの時のやりとりが、良かった点です。

"Gem of a hotel"

The rooms offered in this hotel are very generous and offers up good use of space. The staff are really nice and sociable, and the black coffee is a good blend also. The location is very good, 3 minute walk from the station, 2 minute walk from the convenience store, and 5 minutes from the Fukuyama castle. Restaurants and shopping are close by (on the other side of the station).
