"No frills, clean rooms/bathroom, beds were comfortable"

The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Complimentary breakfast.

Some staff were a little rude. The hallway on the first floor smelled like bug spray. Fitness room was too hot.

The proximity to my event.

It took about an hour to get checked in. I had to speak with 2 different booking associates to get an issue resolved. Im still not exactly sure what the problem was, however, booking spoke with the GM and they fixed it problem. This was time consuming and irritating. The lady at the front was pretty nice and patient. I also left my brand new light brown crocs, with gold jibbitz and other varies charms in room 215 at the foot of the bed closet to the window on accident. But when I called back on Monday to get them, I was told by the front desk that the head of house keeping had not seen them. So I asked, did that person clean my room? And she replied with yes! So if she cleaned the room, where are my shoes? SMDH. Oh and the room wasn't really clean either, but i always bring cleaning items. There were marks on the walls and the toilet and bathroom wasn't clean.
