The pool was freezing cold that was disappointing there was mold in my refrigerator it could have been cleaner in the room The staff acted as if they didn't even want to be there

It was a beautiful property. The room was spacious comfortable, and had anything that we needed.

There was no nighttime monitoring of guests who were overly rowdy and kept everyone else awake. We were in a situation that the partying started about one and continued until five in the morning. Being too senior women, I did not feel comfortable, leaving the room to either confront the situation or to call attention to myself. I think the night clerk should at least use the elevator and check the noise level on the floors, or have cameras to pick up what is happening. We got absolutely no sleep at all.

The hotel was very nice. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

The indoor pool was freezing

The bathroom wasn't cleaned well at all. There was coffee stains all on the counter. There was stains on the top blanket. The water pressure was extremely low the water didn't get really hot.

The place is fairly new and I was excited to stay there, but when I got there, the whole front lobby was under construction, and I almost thought it was closed. The person working the front did come out and seemed very annoyed as she checked me in. It was after 12 midnight or maybe she was getting a lot of complaints to explain her very unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. I was afraid to say anything during check in, but when I got to the room, I could not lock the deadbolt and I did call to tell her, but she said there was probably not another room. I am a single female and not happy about this but I could use the doorstop and it was so late, so I just dealt with it. I did ask about a late checkout that I requested online before I came and she said I would have check in with front desk in the morning. This obviously did not give me the ability to sleep in late since I did not get to sleep until early morning. TV turned off a few times and I was surprised that it was a small TV for the space and not mounted on the wall. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was not bad, even though some items were not available because I got there 15 minutes before they closed. Eggs were good and still available. Coffee bad. Breakfast staff was friendly. No place to sit so I had to go back to room. When I left, painters were working in lobby and a ladder was right in the walkway. Had to walk around stuff with some paint on floor. Not sure why they did not do certain sections and redirected the walkway, instead of making a mess of the whole place? There was a nice indoor pool, but I did not get the chance to use it and this place seemed to have great potential. After this stay and the one previous stay through Wyndham, I am rethinking booking Wyndham hotels. My experience before this place was awful and that place was just filthy, but this hotel was overall clean, other than the construction and front areas.
