Location is great. Close to everything a walking distance to city center. The most important thing is the staff, Veronica is amazing, she’s really helpful and care about the residents.

"Great , thoroughly recommend"

Great location, large room & although on busy road, was very quiet . Veronica is a star. She was so helpful and sent lots of information to help us with our visits. We enjoyed our trips to : Tour opera house ( sit in Royal Box) & buy a coffee in theatre cafe after Cathedral Cefalu day trip on train ( 101 bus is easy & frequent to station) Per La Dolceria de Santa Catarina ( old bakery in old nunnery with cloisters ) lovely spot to sit & enjoy a cannoli- check it out Oste e pizza ( nearby in pedestrian area) good Italian food but more professional than some touristy places. Great food.

Would be great to have more choice at breakfast - maybe fresh breads, cereals, fresh cheeses, fresh juice. Cakes & coffee were great. Would be happy to pay more for a higher quality breakfast.

Within a couple of minutes walk to the main streets of Palermo, olde worlde outside and modern inside. Veronica is terrific and pointed us in some great directions.

Malgré notre arrivée (très) tardive, Veronica nous a accueilli avec enthousiasme. Elle a été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour et nous a donné de très bons conseils pour visiter la ville et ces environs. L’endroit est parfaitement situé (centre historique et commerces facilement accessibles à pied). À proximité également de la navette pour l’aéroport. La chambre était parfaitement propre, et très spacieuse !

Sehr freundlich und hilfreich mit Infos. Lage ideal. Zimmer sauber, neuwertig. Frühstück für uns ausreichend, für Personen Die grosse Buffets bevorzugen eher geringe Auswahl.

Einzel Matratzen wären eventuell besser Bei Doppelbett
