Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience Nous avons une inondation dans la chambre. La nuit du à la pluie . Aucune excuse de la part du management. Juste la personne qui est venu nettoyer m a dit qu il y a un conduite de m hôtel qui a est bouché ce qui a entraîné inondation . Les toilettes étaient. Bouchées j ai demandé au réception de régler cela une heure plus tard il me dit que c est réglé mais en vérifiant rien n était régler. Pas de câble canal pas de gaz mis à la du client il doit tout payer même l électricité Les africains n ont pas compris que dans lees domaines de restauration hôtellerie tourisme le service a la clientèle est le plus important C est vraiment dommage Prochaine. Nous irons dans les chaînes d hôtel étrangères pour avoir moins de surprises désagréables

The location is quite good.

No airport shuttle on arrival to pick me up. The receptionist wanted to collect money for service not rendered. Meals are costly. Cheaper to eat outside of the appartment. Room prices should be inclusive of all the facilities such electricity, gas, TV. The appartment looked clean but was cockroach infested. The bed covers were of low quality.

The staff was helpful, and nice.

1. The service was bad despite the staff courtesy. I had to request towels, soap, toilet rolls! 2- I had to overpay for the electricity, because you prepay and no refund of balance. 3- TV was not working. No TNT, no canal plus! 4- My credit card was charged twice. A week later after i noticed it and contacted the accountant, i am yet to get a feedback. 5- I believe that the staff lack training or resources or autonomy.

The staff was very helpful and very professional. They really do their best to provide the utmost service.

The facility has degraded over the year and is not being properly maintained. The bed sheet i. The bedroom was ripped, the toilet cover was broken, the living room AC wasn't working, the bathroom and closet doors were broken, and can hardly close. The pillows cases are horrible, and the bathroom under the sink cabinet is not closing. The TV didn't work at all and they didn't even provide the appropriate remote control.

The apartment was nice and clean. the staff were professional and answers all my questions when I needed a service in the area. I would stay at this apartment again

It’s a nice place to stay..the stuffs are very polite and well welcoming and quick to act upon your requests....overall it’s was an amazing experience.
