The a/c was cutting off because I did not know how to set it properly to stay on.

USThe motel was pretty much as expected from the pictures and description. It’s not a “destination” in and of itself, but it served our purposes as a place to stay before heading over to an extended stay on Smith Island. Our room had a full sized fridge (not sure if they all do) but this was very helpful as we were stocking on groceries to take with us on the boat to Smith Island.

The staff here are excellent! They go out of their way to be accommodating to you, they allowed us to use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready as we’re arrived very early. Very kind and friendly. The morning breakfast was a bonus: make your own waffles, cereal, Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, juice, coffee. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The view overlooking the marina was nice, it was a quick walk to visit friends in the marina.

USThe peace and quiet was nice. I like area for walking out dog. Breakfast was good waffles coffee juice cereal muffins and Danish.
Little hard to find in the dark. Their road signs hard to read. No problems with room . Quiet and relaxing.
