"It was a shame"

I couldn't stay, they kept my deposit. They were not sincere and honest. They lied to me cos no cable TV, fridge not working, a/c not working ,the generator not operational...the managers main concern was not to refund my deposit, I couldn't sleep not for a night..I had to leave immediately......it's a shame

"It was a Decent stay but they need to work on the light system."

The room was spacious and clean. The staff are very nice and always smiling. They also upgraded my room which was very thoughtful ☺️

You have to pay to use the microwave and the light system is very bad. They run on inverter from morning till night which means you get to use only fan and not the AC and all the sockets and the fridge wont work on the inverter and that's very unfair. They only turn on the generator just to charge the inverter lol thats only when you get to use the AC and sockets and it only lasts for 15 to 30 minutes lol 😆

The location of the plaza

The staff had serious communication problems. The only person having knowledge of some key’s information was the manager and most of the time was not there. I had to search for the car to drop me at the airport not only because the plaza’s price was too high but the miscommunication caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. It is only after I have spend a good part of the money based on the information that I received that the manager told me that the drop at the airport was way higher than what was previously mentioned. The staff need to learn to really provide the guests with all needed information on time to facilitate their stay without too much huddles. After causing me all this trouble the plaza really fail to acknowledge they mistake and did not want to less than 35000 for the airport drop something that I later did by paying only 19000. Saying that I was disappointed is an understatement.
