sehr zentrale Lage, Wohnung war gwmütlich und praktisch eingerichtet, Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert

Treppenhaus etwas abgewohnt, zum Teil hat es im Treppenhaus nach Rauch gerochen, nicht aber in der Wohnung

"Eine rundum sehr schöne Unterkunft❗️👍"

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt! Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung und alles war sehr sauber! Das einzig negative war die 3. Etage ohne Aufzug🤦Mit Gepäck schon eine Herausforderung🫣Aber bei diesen alten, aber auch wunderschönen Häusern auch zu erwarten🤷Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen❗️👍

Location is perfect.

Sticker on the window says it all - it had rating of >9 in 2012-2013. We agree. Now the house needs some reparations. Don't even think about coming by car late at night - public parking is closed, all the streets in the old town are reserved.

Die Lage ist perfekt: nahe zu Dom, Altstadt und Erfurter Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung sehr schön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Ich habe mich wieder sofort wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne!

Für Menschen, die körperlich nicht fit sind, sind die Treppen sehr steil und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Wenn man das weiß, ist es aber ok.

"Super Lage."

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Erfurts Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte, Restaurants sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur wenige Schritte vom Parkhaus zu der Unterkunft. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen.

Die Matratzen müssten mal getauscht werden. Leider hatte jemand seinen unappetitlichen Müll (Haare, Ohrenstäbchen) in der einzigen Topfpflanze (Orchidee) am Fenster entsorgt. Wer auch immer auf so eine Idee kommt… 🥺

"Nette kleine Wohnung in der Altstdt von Erfurt"

Schöne Lage in der Nähe zum Dom. Funktionell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Schönes Fachwerk in der Wohnung.

Das Treppenhaus könnte mal ein Upgrade vertragen, der Bodenbelag ist ziemlich verschlissen. Eine Tür der Duschkabine war kaputt. Das kann passieren, wurde vom Vermieter mittels zusätzlicher Bodentücher bis zur Reparatur überbrückt. War für uns so ok.
