Excelente hotel. Buen desayuno. Personal amable. Muy buena ubicación en el centro de Tunja. Muy cerca a restaurantes y comercio en general. Buena limpieza. Cuenta con parqueadero privado sin costo adicional.

El desayuno estaba delicioso. La gente escogía lo que quería comer y no era impuesto por otros. Si un alimento no le gustaba a alguien simplemente no lo agarraba y ya. ¡El buffet, lleno de variedad!

El televisor. A veces no funciona bien y los controles son difíciles de manejar.

La ubicación es buena. El personal muy atento. 👍🏽

Relación precio (que no es muy económico ) vs calidad (deja mucho que desear). En mi habitación encontré: -Las almohadas muy gastadas, al igual que los tendidos. No fueron camas cómodas. -La habitación era muy fría, no contaba con un calentador. Las cobijas no fueron suficientes para soportar el frío. -La ducha funciona con caldero (lo que hizo que se demorara en calentar el agua y cuando calentaba era muy complicada de graduar la temperatura para no quemarse) la presión del agua es regular. (Aunque esto lo advirtió él anfitrión que me recibió) igual creería que ya es hora de que el hotel actualice esta parte. -Mi habitación olía un poco a humedad. -El desayuno fue muy regular.
