I wasn’t impressed.

The male host was rude, seemingly making it a daily personal mission to be unfriendly. Needless to say, he shouldn’t be working in customer service. There was construction next door, rendering the balcony unpleasant. The room was dark and stuffy, so there was no place to stay comfortably during the hot days. A selling point was the free bicycle; I can rent a free bicycle in town for $1 per day. It wasn’t worth it—overpriced!!!

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. They booked our train tickets to Vang Vieng for us and helped rent us a motorbike for 200k kip for a day. They have bicycles you can use for free too. The breakfast is simple, either a pancake, jam and toast or eggs and toast but is tasty and nice start to the day. The room was huge and had good AC. Was clean and comfy. Theres a fridge inside the room and a small seating area. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was powerful and has hot water. Theres construction going on next door but cant really hear anything from inside the room. The location is also good, luang prabang is small and most of the things to see are within walking distance or you can use the free bikes. LOCA app works for booking taxis too. Theres also tuktuks everywhere you can hail.

The free bikes were great! And the location great. Also breakfast is decent too!

There is building work going on next door so bring some ear plugs for work going on at 5 am! To be fair it wasn’t horrendous and got a good sleep. But it was never mentioned when booking

Good location, close to the Mekong and the night market. The staff are kind and breakfast is included. The room is large and has everything you need for a good stay. The bed is a bit hard for me, but that is just my opinion.
