Location was within easy walking distance of Leura Village. Facilities were very unique, given history - spacious, comfortable yet cosy.

"Lovely grounds, private although not the best value for money"

The bed was comfortable . Grounds were lovely The wifi wasn’t working but we were kindly compensated with a morning tea at the Bygone Beauty tea house.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy and we had to turn it off. Although there was a note explaining that the air conditioner was going to be serviced - it didn’t cut it because had we of known about the air conditioner we would have booked elsewhere. It didn’t make for an enjoyable experience. Despite having two other heaters in the place, it was very cold with the aircon not working.
