It is so disappointing. They don't care about customers. I booked through hotels.com an apartment with two bedrooms in Antalya , Antey Aqua City, but the hotel said they were fully occupied. Since I had difficulty in searching for alternatives, the hotel gave me a small apartment with only one bedroom, and I have to climb the stairs to the bed room. The apartment was rather dusty and smelly and my kids were sneezing all the night. I called hotels.com many times and they said don't worry we will help you but no help was provided. I don't know what ethics both hotels.com and the antey hotel maintain in doing business. It was a very terrible experience which I had never faced dealing with booking.com and agoda for many years.
