Huoneen varaaminen ja sisäänkirjautuminen oli vaivatonta ja nopeaa. Hotellin ympäristöstä löytyi mukavasti ulkoilureittejä.

Huoneessa oli liian kylmä ja ilmanvaihtokoneisto piti häiritsevän kovaa meteliä läpi yön. Huoneistokohtainen lämpötilansäädin ei toiminut.
