El servicio de internet era lento

La ubicación es realmente excelente, se encuentra el Chedraui y el Boston Pizza en frente, hay dos farmacias, nosotros viajamos en familia y tener estos lugares cerca ha sido muy beneficioso. Las camas muy cómodas.

El WIFI fallaba demasiado desde el primer día, el segundo día ni siquiera tuvimos de tanta interferencia, por lo tanto no pudimos usar la TV y sinceramente muy desfavorable, por otra parte igual le hace falta limpieza a la alberca y atencion al baño de arriba.

Una noche pedi comprar una taza de cafe y me lo negaron a pesar de tener el Coffee maker ahi ademas me encontré una uña postizas en la habitación el primer dia

Servicio de desayuno mal, solo dan pan con mermelada y café Por la noche se escucha en la recepción a los chicos jugando por el celular.

I stayed here with a friend and we’re grateful to Isabel and Omar for doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic, and the staff was always helpful with suggestions. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, as it only included bread, butter, and jam. However, after kindly asking for eggs and papaya, Isabel went out of her way to accommodate our request. She was incredibly kind and attentive.

I would suggest to review the breakfast options.
