Not happy with ants in the room. In particular the bathroom. The wall around the window frame has large opening.

Yo hice reserva de dos adultos y una mascota con Expedia y no se vio reflejado lo de la mascota. La Srita. Santos fue muy amable y solucionó satisfactoriamente el problema. El personal fue muy amable y atento.

Hotelito de pueblo, se logra dormir, creo no hay muchas alternativas en Sn Blas

1). no coffee in room 2). wifi did not work 3). bright street light lit up the room, hard to sleep 4). tv poor reception 5). house keeping took an expensive face cream from my toiletries

We loved the grounds and pool. The room was comfortable but it is very possible that my husband got bed bug bites from the bed. We know about the jejenes and mosquitos that are there but the placement of the bites make me wonder about your beds. You need to check them out. Otherwise the Hotel is comfortably worn and we enjoyed staying there.

Hard beds noisy run down very poor internet

Stay ended well. Good food and accommodations.

El lugar es agradable a la vista por fuera, le falta mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado de la habitación sonaba mucho, había cucarachas y hormigas, la piscina le faltaba limpieza. Pedí habitación doble y me dieron una con cama King size y otra más chica que una individual.
