"Good location but fairly basic"

Good location on the north side of Chiang Mai. Nice nightly food market right outside

Dorm rooms were pretty small and crowded with all the luggage

"Great single room experience for small money"

I had single room and it was super clean and quiet. Bathroom is super clean as well. On the first floor free coffee and tea. Location is amazing. I loved my stay

It was no hot water in the shower unless I turned in the heater. Except that everything was great

The property was a short walk from bars and food places

Roof top bar never open and doesnt seem like its going to open again Small swimming pool Rooms are dark Not very social at all

"Good for backpackers"

Big room, we had 2 balconies and a big bathroom. Good value for money. Rooftop was nice.

The room is very dark. It was loud so hard to sleep. The bar on the rooftop was actually shut and the pool was cold.
