"Good property, but needs some upgrades"

We have stayed at the property many times for work.

The end bedrooms only had thin duvets, was cold and had no extra blankets. That bathroom also had issues with the shower. Couldn't change the shower from the rain to the shower head.

The location was amazing. The house was huge and fitted our group of 8 so easily. So many toilets and bathrooms we didn't use them all! Our kids loved sleeping in the bunks. The proximity to new world was so handy, we could walk there to get supplies in a couple minutes and driving to the airport and cbd took 10 minutes by car each. The house is also surpringly quiet being that close to a main road. It didn't bother us at all! The smart TV kept our kids quiet in the morning while the rest of the group slept and the house was easy to heat. We will stay again!

A couple of the beds were incredibly firm which we don't usually like but actually slept fine in. House was very clean but there is a little mould in bathrooms but not a concern at all.

Fantastic location, spacious bedrooms and perfect for group booking.

There were some items missing from the kitchen, eg cutting board, bread board, serving and salad bowls, drinking glassware
