Great location and nice and big for family groups.

Easy lock box to find on the door handle. Huge space for 2 families and enough beds and bedding. Comfy couches, tea and coffee available. Off street parking. Trampoline for the kids. Great and easy communication with the host Jenny.

Outside needed a good tidy up - lots of overgrown gardens and we found gross rubbish outside. Rubbish bins were so full we couldn't add any of our rubbish to it. The garage/laundry was a mess! There were sheets hanging in dripping with water, and dirty sheets on top of the old washing machine! The garage was packed full with stuff and was not tidy at all. Our shower was blocked, but I did message Jenny who came around and sorted out the problem the next morning. There was also only 1 smoke alarm, Jenny put up another one the next day, it is such a big house that there really needs to be much more! It would be great if there was another lounge (rather than a dining room table in the end bedroom) and some outdoor furniture. A washing line would also be handy! Everything just looks like it needs a good clean and tidy up. A couple of the beds were super hard - a mattress topper on these would be great!
