My stay at Riviera Zen was everything I could wish for. The staff was so nice, they upgraded my room to sea view for free cause they had one availible. The pool area was good and always had free sunbeds. Would recommend

The rooms are more comfortable than many 5-star hotel rooms. Cleanliness is impeccable. The hotel is in the most beautiful location of Alanya. The view from my balcony was amazing. And the most important thing for me is that all the staff are professional and friendly, I have never seen an unhappy staff there.

If the umbrellas and chairs on the beach were free for hotel customers, this hotel would be even more perfect. But I enjoy lying on the sand with a towel, so that wasn't a problem for me.

Food variety wasn’t good. In a week's time, all the food has had time to get boring.

The rooms were very tidy and nice. Our room had an amazing view to the sea. It was easy talking with the staff and asking help. The pool area was very nice and the rooms were not too hot, eventhough the weather outside was.

Some of the staff memebers were not so nice. They were a bit rude, even though we were really respectful towards them, and would have given tips, if we had had some nicer customer service.

Hotele giriş yaptığınızda otelin temiz ve konforlu olduğunu anliyorsunuz . Sizinle sürekli nazik bir şekilde ilgileniyorlar, personel güler yüzlü ve çok ilgili .Otele giriş saatinden önce gelmemize rağmen hemen giriş yaptirdilar .Odamız çok yeni ve temizdi . Havuzu yeterli , beache yakın, gezilecek yerlere ve çarşıya çok yakın çok memnun kaldık . Bir daha yine gelecegiz . Ancak yemekleri geliştirilmeli daha çok çeşit olmalı ve lezzeti artırılmalı . Otelde içecek servisi çok yeterli ve sürekli ekstra yiyecekler çıkıyor belirli saatlerde .Her şey için memnun kaldık genel olarak teşekkürler 🙏

Riviera zen is a very nice hotel in Alanya. Professional, fun and caring staff. You feel very welcome when you come there. Had especially two people who always gave that extra experience when I was there. Elif the only woman who worked there is an amazing woman, so caring and just wanna do her best always. Also an elder man I unfortunately don’t have the name of but he always asked if we were okay when we had lost our luggage and bringing our drinks before we asked. Such sweet people! The rooms are always nice and clean and comfortable. Worth a visit!

Was easy to find. We informed them that we needed a car park.. So we parked outside the hotel entrance. Friendly staff. We booked the Junior suite so we had the best view! The suite was very comfortable..And clean. Especially that the weather was hot and humid outside.. So we spent most of the time in the room. We had a coffee tray and a coffee machine. But they do not have regular black tea bags in the room..or any other teas. They only serve Turkish black tea during meals.. And a box of many tea flavours. Food is not allowed in the rooms. The swimming pool was big enough. It's always quiet in the hotel although it's fully booked..and the swimming pool area is always full. No music on the pool area. The location is very good. Walking distance to everything you need. Restaurants, shopping, teleferik to the castle and the beach is across the road. The hotel provides discounts on beach umbrellas and loungers. Buffet Breakfast was included in our rate, but we enjoyed their dinner at 500tl (13Euros) each. Food is very good and lots of choices.
