Apartments where clean and everything you'd need whilst self catering. Supermarket was a short walk along road with lots of local shops, bar was closed with great staff who actually tried speaking with you. Vere was approx 2k away where Tabacs where but it's an easy walk and quite stunning. Roof area on apartment was very good but plenty of sun other than 2 very windy days. Taxi was excellent at 100€ back to Almeria airport which is approx 90ks away and not half an hour.

Water had very low pressure on some days. No information wallets in bungalow which would be a good idea on local attractions, area was very nice but quite but suited me.

L'appartement est de construction ancienne, plus de 50ans et mériterait d'être rénové et remeublé A l'arrivée, il m'a été demandé une caution de 150€ , qui ne m'a pas été restituée depuis mon départ de là-bas, il y a 15 jours. Ceci n' est pas correct

La urbanización y la cercanía a la playa.

Había partes del apartamento como la puerta principal que no estaba en las mejores condiciones, algunos muebles ya tenían mucho uso.

Excellent location close to everything. The apartment is In a good condition excellent value for money. Bus stop is 2 min away nice restaurants around the corner and small supermarket 5 min away.

Shower needs to be updated

Sehr sauber. Gepflegter Garten. Schön aussehend und ordentlich. Gute Betten (aber Ehebett zu klein). Ausstattung wirklich vollständig, es fehlt nichts. Klimaanlage neuwertig. Gut gegen Eindringlinge geschützt. Ruhiges Viertel ohne Lärm.

Wasserröhren in erbärmlichem Zustand, eine Leitung ist geplatzt und die ganze Wohnung wurde überschwemmt. Aber der Service hat uns zumindest umgehend eine andere Wohnung gegeben. Servicenummer nachts nicht erreichbar. Ehebett zwar bequem aber viel zu klein. Ich musste viel insistieren, bis man mir die Kaution zurückerstattet hat. Schwimmbadwasser nicht geheizt. Wenig Sonnenlicht in den Wohnungen, da muss man auch tagsüber das Licht einschalten. Toaster kaputt. Man könnte mehr im Unterhalt des Anwesend investieren, zumal die Mieten ganz ordentlich sind.

We loved the apartment, the area is superb, easy walking distance to lively town, receptionist helpful and friendly. All locals also happy to chat and help when needed.

Nothing not to like.

El apartamento está anticuado y descuidado, nos resultó frío y poco acogedor.

El sofá estaría mejor con unos cojines para los riñones de
