Talaveri Apartment in Old Tbilisi

Clean apartment, Excellent location, value for money and very good hosts!! Very convenient for groups upto 4 people. We were a group of 6 so there was slight inconvenience but we enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend!!

Only 1 washroom so slightly inconvenient if group size larger than 4.

The bed and the pillow could be a little bit comfortable, but that's all.

This property has two bedrooms with a double size bed in one room and the other one with two single beds. It is quite spacious with a living area a separate kitchen dining with a toilet and shower. It has heating system which is good as we stayed there last Dec 7 -12, 2024 (winter). It has a water heater so we get to shower and wash dishes although sometimes the water heater has issues the owners fixed it right away. The living room has a TV with local channels but no Netflix. There’s a wifi so you can still watch on youtube. It has has a fireplace but we did not use it not sure if it is working. Kitchen has big refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and stove. It has kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, glasses, plates, pots and pans). The dining area has table and chairs so you can have a nice meal comfortably. It has a split type air conditioner but we didn’t get to use it as it is winter time. There is also a safe in one of the bedrooms. Beds are comfy enough. Beddings and the towels are quite old. The place has windows so we opened them to let some cool air in. The place itself is top of another property so you will need to go up stairs and has an open like balcony with several plants and plastic chairs with table. There are several antique furnitures in this property so you need to be careful. It is owned by a family with a dog which is playful. The owners are accommodating and their daughter Anna is the one we talked to. The place is near shops like a supermarket, laundry, coffee shop, restaurants where if you like you can walk to get there. The owners will give you a key to the property but the gate you need to call them so they can let you in. I suggest at night don’t be too late as you need to wake them up to open the gate for you. Parking is not a problem you can park in front of you can easily find other space near the property. We had a wonderful stay. We’ll recommend it.

I think the previous guests did some smoking in the property that we can still smell it when we are sleeping in the bedrooms so we just open the windows to air it out. I got asthma so have sensitive nose, Towels are clean but old needs to replace them. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this place. We’ll booked it again and recommend it.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent and quiet. Perfect apartment for families. The owners were very warm and accommodating. Highly recommended!

everything was perfect, good location, peaceful surrounding, host was helpful and kind, the rooms was spacious and clean exactly shown in the picture, diffidently recommended for family. I would strongly suggest this place.

Walkable distance to many attractions and transportation hubs. Spacious apartments with a very nice shared terrace with the owners. The owners are nice, helpful and responsive. On a main street yet very quiet with private entrance.

The hosts are really nice people, the apartment itself is quite huge with many rooms and kitchen and nice bathroom. It can be a bit hard to find the parking nearby, but you can check with the hosts in advance and they can fix it for you and find you a spot. Nice thing to add - there are 2 air conditioners in the apartment, so they effectively regulate the temperature which is quite nice for Tbilisi when it's hot.

A few things were a bit broken - bathroom handale was loose, front door handle was loose too. However, I believe this is temporary and will be fixed soon, it wasn't a problem and all was functioning properly.

the place is quiet and it's located nearby the railway station. it's clean and 2 air-conditions can make you sleep well in any weather. The owners are super friendly and open for a small talk, so you can easily find help for any purpose. thank you so much for the pleasant stay. 10 🌟
