"Exceptional"

Great pick on our trip around Italy. Very nice, clean room, it is visible that the owner is taking a very good care of the place. Breakfast were nice, served in winter garden by the host, parking available right next to the house. Great for short term stay.

"Perfect overnight stop in the country"

This is a lovely house set in a small village. beautifully decorated. I was only staying overnight and the room (a little small) was just right for that. Private bathroom was very big, very clean with an excellent shower. The owners are really lovely people and made the stay a real pleasure. They found a local restaurant for me open on a Monday just 300 metres walk -very good service, wholesome food. Breakfast was served in the consevatory - excellent.

"Stunning and charming"

Wow!!! At the begging I thought: “where are we going?” Until we reached the beautiful home hosted by an incredible and charming couple. It is like an AirBnb property with the owners together. The room was beautiful. Antique details and extremely charming. Stunning. The bathroom is insane, small but out of this world. Just beautiful. No shower but a bath. But stunning. Then come the morning and the breakfast… what???????? There is a room that they set everything for you, cooked by them. Charming, elegant, 5 star for sure. The home is beautiful and they were super nice and educated. I loved. I would definitely recommend. Check some of my pictures. You

The landlady and owner of the house are very hospitable and sweet people. They waited for us even though we checked in very late. The house opens into a wonderful garden. The breakfast consists of very rich, high quality and delicious products. We were very satisfied. If we are in Bologna, it is definitely a place we will visit again.
