Requested early check in, was assured it would not be a problem. Because of an unforeseen problem did not arrive until almost normal check in time but the room was still not ready. The person on duty was extremely rude. When I questioned him as to why not he said what part of “not ready “ do you not understand?? He also conferred with another employee in their native language about it which I also find rude. The room was also not very clean, hairs on the counter too and in the tub.

This hotel is a joke, looks nice on the outside but immediately walking into the lobby you know it’s a joke when you check in at the “front desk” which might as well just be a person at a fold up card table. My first room had A/C problems and was filthy. Then I got moved to a different room where luckily the A/C worked but again filthy with substances splattered/stuck on all surfaces in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen . The rooms reek of weird smells, dishwasher rusted out, washer invested with mold. Cheap towels, had a hole in one of them, and long black hairs on another towel. This place is just disgusting, save your money and book elsewhere.
