We liked the layout of the rooms. The beds were excellent.

ehhhhh...it's in Texas. The vehicle noise is hideous (it's fine when inside with windows closed) but Texas roads and racket ruin what was otherwise (on one side of the property) a lovely seating area with lots of parky green land around. While the hotel is clean, it's pretty poorly put together so I suspect it will require extreme maintenance to keep it that way.
