Room kind of had a bad smell.

Although this is an older motel with older furnishungs, it was one of the cleanest hotels i've ever stayed at

We absolutely loved our stay, room was amazing so clean an soooo comfortable, thought we was getting a lil room 2 bed but it was huge . Thank you Masters for an incredible stay. Room D1 absolutely beautiful....

Good location, clean, quiet.

I stayed in one of the pet friendly rooms. I don’t think they’ve been renovated like the others, but the room was spacious (two bed in separate rooms, though no solid door between the rooms) and clean. The kitchenette was more than I needed, but handy to have a larger fridge as I had dogs and perishable treats. Only complaint is that there was a smell in my room. Not exactly like it was a smoking room before becoming non-smoking, but that’s the closest I could guess. Very sharp. You got used to it, though. And it didn’t bother my dogs.

I visit my mom in the Ephrata/Soap lake area on occasion, but her place is way to small for me to stay with her. I like this place, it's clean and quiet. I feel safe here when I stay alone. Although it may be an older building, I can tell it's been maintained with newer windows, bathroom fixtures and the such. The room I've stayed in has cute vintage kitchenette with stovetop and sink that works, and dishes included in the cupboard. There was also a tiny microwave, coffee pot and a nice mini fridge. The sunset views over the lake right across the street are beautiful. The only thing I wish is that they had rooms available with king size beds.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was just across from the lake and a park that was an easy walk to watch the sunset. Only 1.2 mile walk into town to restaurants and a grocery store.

I cannot say enough about this cool little motel and it's awesome owners. They know me by name at this point and welcome me warmly every time. I come here often for a little get away after a long week at work and to fish the local lakes. Sure it is not a bougie 5 star place, but is a clean and comfortable place to stay at a great price. It's also right across the street from the park and beach at Soap Lake. Highly recommended 😁
