Excellent staff in Reception. Very clean room and comfortable. For breakfast have three choises with cost 9 euros.

The location was satisfactory.

Misleading description. The room lacked any operable window or source of fresh air, despite being advertised as a loft with a low-opening window.

Very nice staff, lovely hotel, perfect location ! There was a problem with no water in the room, they moved me straight away to a lovely room - turned out that the water problem was on the street nothing to do with the hotel. But the way they handled it was great, even as I arrived late at night.

The location is great for anything you would like to do and if you have a car it’s so easy to park it nearby. Staff is very polite and helpful. The restaurant at the ground floor has much to offer. The building looks very nice externally and the rooms have a modern interior design.

The rooms on the third floor (lofts) don’t have proper windows so you can’t see anything outside. If you are claustrophobic, it’s not a room for you! Also some coffee/tea facilities and toiletries would be nice in the room.

Een van de mooiste locaties van Kalamata. Kamers waren prima met weliswaar klein maar toereikend balkon met prachtig uitzicht zijdelings over het haventje. Bedden waren goed en badkamer ruim. Ieder dag schoonmaak. Enthousiast en uiterst vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie en dat gold ook voor 1 dame in de bediening van het restaurant.

- Waterdruk van de douche stond erg laag maar was volgens de receptie een probleem in heel Kalamata. -Volgens diverse reviews behoort het ondergelegen restaurant niet echt bij het hotel , maar omdat we van Booking.com een gratis ontbijt kregen omdat we Genius 3 -status hebben, toch een beoordeling. Dat ontbijt werd verstrekt bij het restaurant en was verschrikkelijk . We hebben het 3x besteld. Duurde telkens verschrikkelijk lang. Filterkoffie en thee waren gratis, maar de gevraagde melk werd nooit gebracht. De gebakken eieren en roerei waren 3x koud . Het brood was compleet uitgedroogd. Alleen de 3 mini-croissantjes met jam ( voor 2 personen) waren lekker. Bedienend personeel was niet aanspreekbaar , omdat ze geen tijd hadden en vaak ook helemaal geen Engels konden en dus niets zeiden. Overige keren bij andere zaken ( betaald) uitstekend ontbeten.

The location is great: Kalamata Beach is just a few steps away, there are many restaurants nearby, and the reception staff were very friendly.

The rooms are not very well soundproofed, and it was quite noisy in the morning from around 7am. We could hear everything from outside and from the restaurant downstairs.

Emplacement parfait. Ayant déjà été dans cet hôtel auparavant je trouvais que les standards ont pas mal baissés

No me gustó nada !

El engaño con las fotos de los cuartos ! No que sean mal , pero a nosotros nos tocó el peor de ellos , sin ventana normal , sucio al nivel de las paredes , quiero decir que no lo cuidan porque probablemente no lo alquilan visto que no es para nada agradable , ni ventilación, ni vista hacia afuera ,y esto para mí lo analise como Discriminación, ya que teníamos una pequeña perrita ! Nos hicieron pagar nada más que 30 euros más por la perra , cuando el cuarto era un engaño ! En total pagamos 100 euros y dijeron que lo contratos por booking.com y por este precio, ya valía! Repito discrinacion por contratar a través de Booking.com! Encima unas señoritas en la recepción, muy prepotentes y casi arrogantes conmigo ! Como que yo no puedo pretender a sus habitaciones normales , no estoy al nivel de lujo del hotel !!! Yo he trabajado de guía nacional en París durante casi 40 años y conozco a todos los mejores hoteles 4 estrellas de ahí y a mi me daban lecciones con su cuarto cuchitrin ! Nada contenta con este tipo de trato nada comercial y sin ninguna experiencia de lo que es turismo !!!
