Atención y servicios de calidad, mi familia vistió CDMX y les encantó el hotel hizo de la estancia una gran amenidad

Habitación muy limpia y cómoda, sugiero servicio de room service

Cuando uno llega en coche es difícil de aceso el estacionamiento

Got a studio with kitchen. Excellent for a week-long work stay. Excellent gym in the building to which hotel guests have access.

Rooms with a window in the inner courtyard are exposed to loud music from the gym. It takes a looooong time for hot water to start flowing.

Noise. From the television which was on all night in another room. Reception did try to locate it, but to no avail. If you can't get a good nights sleep in a hotel?? Noise also during the day from the classes in the gym below, also in the hotel. Avoid room 405. The water is not very hot either. There are other better options in the area. I would not return given my experience

Everyone at the hotel was nice. Hotel did not have face towels. It was in a great location and close to everything. Window had an opening where bugs and mosquitoes could fly in. When at the hotel desk, water dripped from the ceiling onto me. Shower water only got warm after running a long time never hot. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here. Not worth the money.

Stayed in room 501 for 2 weeks. Room is huge and has everything you need. Air con in lounge room and bedroom. Nespresso coffee pod machine. Restaurants on either side of hotel are excellent. Room still gets a lot of street noise even with all windows and vents closed - this didn’t bother us though. Shower barely gets hot and the water pressure is pathetic.
