Can’t have people visit your room past a certain time or they try to charge you , even in the suites

The gym is great and the only reason why I have chosen this hotel. Big room. Clean.

Outdated design.

Very spacious and close to attractions.

Todo perfecto : ubicación excelente ( puedes ir al trámite de visa caminando ) limpieza excelente … Lo único es que los colchones están muy duros ..

Creo que estuvo bien, para el tipo de habitación no estaba mal pero creo que puede ser mejor, lo menos cómodo fue la cama y quizás el hecho de que en la regadera no caía agua caliente, teníamos que esperar mucho para que se calentará, fuera de eso la atención y lo demás estuvo bien

Took three tries to get key card to work for entry to room- three trips back to front desk. They have the address AND put room number on door key- “in case you lose it, someone could return it” per manager Hymie. Yes and enter my room!! The door card did not work six times. I removed the sticker with room number. Remote for TV disappeared. Pool in disrepair. NOISY- A/C very loud, gym has classes from 0600 to 2200-2300 at night- the base is so intense the boom boom carries through the windows and floor. Some sort of construction at the hotel which adds a BANG BANG BANG from 0700 to 1800. No water one day then brown water. They do provide lots of bottled water- do not use tap water for brushing teeth or washing! Location is great. Have google translate or App for translation as staff does NOT speak English- their site lists English - not true. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping great. Too many other choices to ever consider staying here again. Yes, I left prior to scheduled check out date because too many issues. Hymie was creepy and stared at me when I asked to check the key card to ensure it would work before going to room. Never apologized. The ladies were nice but not helpful as did not speak English. If you Uber must use W iFi in room - will loose it after exiting the elevator. Nice lady signed me in through reception so I did not have to return to room. Currently- charges are for full stay-asking credit card to adjust. Stay elsewhere if you want quiet and safety.

Seguridad regular entraban personas a pedir dinero al establecimiento no hay vigilancia segura en el lugar en el acceso el valet parking ausente y lento. Sin mencionar que no había agua caliente para bañarse y sus regaderas al salir el agua lento el chorro de agua más de 20 min y solo salía agua fría en la regadera de baño hasta llegar a templada como máximo prácticamente fría el agua para bañarse.
