"Freundliche Unterkunft in schönen Räumen"

Es gibt einen schönen Frühstücksraum, der auch sonst als Aufenthaltsraum genutzt werden kann, wo man sich auch Tee kochen kann.

Die Straße vor dem Haus ist eine Hauptdurchgangsstraße durch Piazza Armerina, der Verkehrslärm ist beträchtlich

Xenia is in a perfect location in the old town. The rooms are large and spacious. The breakfast room is pleasant.

Xenia is in a very old building that can feel nostalgic, however it is probably erring towards being tired now. The rooms could do with a little bit of upkeep and thought. It could quite easily be stunning. Breakfast is nominal.
