Xenia is a nice place with big rooms in sn old apartment house. It has great charm and atmosphere. The breakfast is good and incl. what one can expect. The traffic in the morning was a bit disturbing.

L’établissement se trouve dans une grande maison de ville avec beaucoup de cachet ; les chambres sont très belles et nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une chambre avec un salon contiguë ; les hôtes mettent à disposition eau et café, ce qui est très appréciable et généreux ;

Stanza davvero molto ampia. Ampio parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Colazione valida con ottimi dolci. Nota di merito: è presente un frigorifero comune da cui poter prendere liberamente bottigliette di acqua fresca, un pensiero davvero molto gradito!

The room was beautiful and great location in the heart of Piazza Armerina. The host was exceptional, we were there for a wedding and after not being able to get a taxi, she took us herself. Highly recommend the property if you are wanting to stay in the area.
