Howard's Creek Inn

Nice place

Very convenient and comfortable apartment located above the 50 East Restaurant. Parking was free in the city lot next to the property. Check in was easy per the instructions from the property. The only ‘negative’ might be that access to the second floor is by staircase only (no elevator). I would definitely stay there again.

Temperature Controls didn't work well

*Beware! Be sure to arrange cab service prior to landing at airport!! They don’t have Uber or Lyft. There’s only a 1-man cab service called Cosmic Cab, and he doesn’t drive at night! There’s a limo service but they couldn’t help me, no one available. I was almost stranded at the airport! I had to ask random strangers for help to get a ride to my hotel. Cute & comfy new hotel. The best thing is the restaurant attached to it, so you have immediate dining options. You can walk up & down the street and see various little shops, 2 gas stations, a freshwater creek, and a playground for kids across a bridge on Mill Hill Dr. I liked the room amenities. TV in both living room & bedroom with movies always playing kept me entertained at night. Only complaints: the bed felt way too hard. I had trouble getting the room to be a comfortable temperature, you really have to play with their temperature remote control to get the right comfort. The restaurant staff were all very kind. However it sucks when you call their number on Google, all you get is a recording that tells you to check in with restaurant staff before 8pm. No other front desk options or help.

Beautiful and clean room. The restaurant had great food and service was five star. Recommend the hotel and restaurant when you are in White Sulfur Springs.

Larger than it looked, downright spacious. Right in the middle of a very cute town. Walk to the brewery, shops, or attached pub. Clean, comfortable, safe, and secure. Excellent staff, checkin/checkout process is a breeze.

This is a very nice property and the restaurant attached is excellent too. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. My only complaint is that there seems to be little or no insulation between the floors. The family above us had very noisy kids.

Very clean and fresh! Noise from stairs and upstairs, not too bad. King size bed would have been nice. Overall, we had a great stay!
