Large Apartment with Separate Bedroom and Living Room

I thought the staff was excellent, i never met them but they are very nice abd helpful. I could not make the trip due illness, i couldn't get anyone from expedia to help me. So i called the Hotel and they said they would gladly return my money, but expedia would not let them. So Hotel staff was amazing. Expedia was the worst, will stay at hotel but will never use expedia again.

Coffee machine, microwave, oven and refrigerator available, gallon of water

Expensive and disappointing. Major issues: Noisy location: Surrounded by restaurants, causing late-night disturbances. Cleanliness: Coffee machine had moldy residue from previous guests. Dirty toilet. Poor communication: Host unresponsive to initial complaint. Replied late the next day, claiming she hadn't checked her email. Value: Price disproportionate to the quality of accommodation, facilities (no dish washer, washing machine drier, even no toaster), maintenance and management responsiveness. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. We would not return or recommend this property.

Everything was excellent!! Had a small mix up with the room request that I had specifically booked but the manager acted very quickly to resolve the issue and make it right. No complaints beautiful space. Would definitely stay with them again.

Awesome. Right on the creek and great dining within walking distance.
