La cama estaba limpia y el agua de la ducha abundante y caliente.

Había ratas en la terraza; en las habitaciones hacía un calor tremendo, pero si abrías las ventanas veías a todos los vecinos o te veían a ti; había un ruido terrible de una escalera mecánica día y noche; el alojamiento se encuentra en una zona marginalizada de la ciudad bastante oscura y solitaria, como mujer joven no me sentí segura volviendo al alojamiento de noche. Realmente, la única razón por la que terminamos allí es porque no había nada más...

Lo staff è disponibile e reperibile al telefono (non c'è una reception). Il letto comodo.

La posizione: la struttura si trova sopra al centro di Santander, alla fine di una salita molto ripida e piuttosto lunga fatta in parte anche di scale. Inoltre per raggiungere il palazzo in cui si trova la struttura bisogna fare due ulteriori rampe di scale. E' quindi molto poco pratico non solo per trasportare valigie, ma anche semplicemente per accedervi. La stanza è piuttosto piccola. Non c'è aria condizionata, ma un ventilatore efficace.

"Complessivamente comodo per girare Santander e abbastanza pulito, ma un pó caro per quello che viene offerto."

Posizione ottimale a due passi dal centro storico, pieno di localini e bodegas. Ideale per trascorrerci due notti, ma non di piu per me.

Accesso alla struttura poco semplice per via delle scale, posto un po modesto e in mezzo ai palazzi, il patio mai utilizzato per poca privacy. Stanza un po umida. Niente personale.
