Очень доброжелательный персонал, говорящий и на английском, и на русском языках. Завтрак качественный (яичница, овощи, арбуз, творог, хороший апельсиновый сок, и т.д.). Отель с хорошим ремонтом, никаких посторонних запахов, хорошая система кондиционирования.

Шумоизоляцию номеров стоило бы улучшить. Если на лестнице кто-то хлопает дверью, или недалеко от номера громко разговаривают, то в номере слышно хорошо. Шум из верхних номеров также слышен.

The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near Avlabari metro station, with plenty of cafés and shops in the surrounding area. The property itself was new and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast selection was rather limited, and for the price we paid, we expected more variety and quality. Additionally, the room felt somewhat small, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

The worst hotel ever. The room service is very bad. The Hotel reception they make you feel like they are part of mafia not a workers!. I will never come back .. The location to be fair is good

We booked two Family rooms from June 15 to 22, but due to a flight ban from Israel caused by the security situation, we couldn’t travel. We contacted the hotel in advance and asked either for a refund or to simply change the dates, but they rudely refused both options. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect for international guests. Avoid this hotel if you expect fair treatment or any understanding in emergency situations.

Great location - staff was very helpful. Two connecting room were really comfortable for travel with family

I wish the front desk had better recommendations about restaurants, but other than that they were very helpful.
