Great location for restaurants, tourist sites and shopping. Very safe area. Beautiful hotel located in an historic building. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Front desk staff and concierge very helpful. Hotel is very clean as well.

"Excellect experience"

My family and I came for the night and found this hotel to be amazing. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, the location was perfect - we had a view of the river. The front desk called later in the evening to check and see if there was anything else they could do for us, everyone was welcoming and helpful.

The service was terrible. We needed to talk to the manager but she ignored all of our messages. I would never stay at this or another Intercontinental. The hotel used to be an old hospital. we needed to open 6 different doors and enter with our key prior to entering our room. The pictures from the outside are deceiving.

Beautiful hotel in historic building . Our (large) room wasn’t ready until almost 6 pm (3 pm check-in time). Terrific location.

"Peaceful escape in the city!"

We are so glad that we reserved the courtyard room. It was so nice and peaceful after exploring the city all day. The beds were super comfortable. The room was immaculate. HUGE bathroom with full soaking tub. The cloisters and architecture was gorgeous. Breakfast selection was good but service was hit or miss. For the amount we were charged, it should be better. We also tried Le Dome. Disappointed in the service which was not welcoming at all. The drinks were terrible. The dome was the only good part about that experience. The location of this hotel was perfect for walking all over the city.
