Guests highly rate the very clean and frequently praise the helpful staff.
We stay here often, however, the hotel did not honor our booking for a standard king room. They gave us a standard queen room and told us they only had to give us a standard room. They told us we should have booked through them instead of Expedia.
A great hotel and excellent location in Mesa. The daily breakfast was wonderful!
Very clean
Showers could use more pressure. Mattress was uneven. Breakfast ok for American standards, Bacon was burned every day. Location is great, many restaurants and shops walking distance. Staff is great
We only stayed for 2 nights but we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were warm enough to enjoy. There is a nice fire pit in the pool area. The breakfast included eggs, pancakes, bacon in addition to an array of.cold foods. We were very happy with our stay here.
This place is way nicer than its star rating, great value for the price. Super clean, super comfortable room. Loved the GF bagel option at breakfast, have never seen that at a hotel breakfast. I will def be back

Excellent stay. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations. Quiet hallway and quality hot breakfast options. Located within walking distance of convenience store and several restaurants. I’ll plan to stay here next time I’m in town!
Great option for a visit to Gilbert
One of our party got sick (82 year old with flu) and we had to change our plane reservation from Friday to Monday. We asked hotel to move our reservation from Thursday night to Sunday night. They wouldn't do it. We had to pay for both rooms even though we werent there to use them. Very disappointing.
