The location was great, close to ferry, train station, bus station , meeting place for Pompeii and Vesuvius tour and right in the middle of town. New modern room, Simone was a great communicator and it was a lovely place to stay

It was expensive, but probably average price for Sorrento, it was worth it for the convenience

Stairs not really suitable for very elderly. We were ok.

Beautiful views, Simone was amazing!!!! He helped schedule a boat trip, recommended wonderful places to eat, and helped with getting us a taxi. He also took all of our luggage up many steps!

Perfect location, right in the centre of town which enabled us to explore all areas. The apartment was very clean, the bed was very comfortable & we had all the facilities that we needed. Our host Simone met us at the property & spent time with us to greet us and give us recommendations on where to go, best restaurants & explained where everything is located. He was available throughout our stay for me to message him if I had any questions. The property felt safe & secure.

It was quite noisy at night, from the streets, as the apartment is centrally located near the main square. But that was to be expected & it didn't spoil our trip as we still slept very well.

Simon was very helpful during my stay. Knowledgeable about the area and willing to answer questions. Was very helpful with taking my luggage up and down the stairs. Even took my my cases to the train depot when I checked out. Very good service. Was very central to transportation town center and tourist areas and restaurants.

A few less stairs.

It was really clean and really nice! Simone went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make sure we were all ok and helped so much in many many ways. It’s really central and couldn’t ask for a better position!

Well there are a few downfalls about this property which we didn’t like, We didn’t expect it to be like we have in Australia shared accommodation in 1 house! 5 bedrooms in 1 apartment all rented out to different people. We didn’t know that this was the case. There is 64 stairs to go up to the apartment as well so if your older please avoid this place. And also the renovations that are happening in the apartment building are so dusty and so noisy and they actually don’t care the workmen they keep going when you walk past so you get covered dust, PLEASE SIMONE PLEASE put this in the description when you’re renting this place out so others know it’s just not a hotel room on their own..

The ubication is wonderful. The room is very modern, very clean and the best thing was the kindness and good predisposition of Simone to help us with improve our travel experience

Maybe too many steps,

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Simone was gracious and very helpful. He helped us with our luggage, many stairs to climb to the apartment, but so well worth the exercise. Very clean and spacious room, in the heart of Sorrento. Walkable to everywhere, harbor, train, shopping, dining, you name it. Have already recommended it to some friends who are starting to plan for a trip next year.

Simone was amazing from start to finish, helping in every way possible. Communications was 100%.

No safe, not enough pillows. No seats on g to be balcony. No luxuries ie slippers, black tea bags, worn out aged towels. Could easily be amazing with a little extra.
