I had a nice room for 3, super clean and perfect. The location is great, there are many restaurants and stores nearby, and close to train and bus station. The staff is very friendly, one of the best guesthouse.

"Good value for money, central location"

Good room, nice bed, cute shower inside the toilet, good kitchen, fridge available, the location is top notch! The AC is working well.

It might get loud at night, you can hear when someone comes in or talks in the corridor, but the property provides ear plugs. The towels are not changed, you get only one and that’s it.

"Definitely choose this guesthouse again"

Good location, very near to hongdae Main Street and near airport rail station as well. Great staff, make sure I always feel welcome whenever I meet them.

The ac makes a bit noise but tolerable.

"Perfect for Solo Traveller and Great Location"

The Guesthouse is awesome. The location is conveniently located near the subway station and many food places and shopping stores. Perfect accomodation for a solo traveller. Chris is an amazing host, very helpful and kind and speaks great English. If I am back in Seoul I would stay here again!

Even though I put the AC on 26 degrees, I was freezing during the night, because the bed sheet was not thick enough. Not let the AC run was also not an option. Pillow too hard. So I really wished to have a thicker duvet.

"Worth of price."

The place is quiet and easy to reach to popular spots. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. The room is clean and the owner is nice and helpful.

There’s no elevator but the owner helps us carry our luggages downstairs.
