Lively and Stunning Central Apt by Zodiak Stays

The location was great although pretty noisy at night. Enjoyed our stay.

Was a bit annoying having to get key at different address. Unfortunately I couldn't retrieve the email regarding how to get key...but an easy phone call and lovely lady talked me though...I really appreciated her patience.😁

Central location was great as was the general layout of flat with no noise from neighbours

Furnishings needed a refresh / some TLC. For example, only 1 small plate, no cheese grater, iron not working and so on... Not the accomodations fault, but lots of noise in the city at the weekend late at night so a challenge if you are easily disturbed.

Fairly good location, centre of town.

All in all accomodation was fair for the price, however with one big exception of the bed. The bed was so uncomfortable I had to go and try sleep on the couch from the springs sticking into my side. The bed concaved in and the pillows were either rock hard and massive, or thin and feathery. I should be forwarding my chiropractor bill for how bad it was. You could actually get s better mattress from a kerbside pickup and that would be underselling how bad it was. I mean, as accommodation you have one job above all else to get right, and it failed miserably which ruined the whole experience.

Location great, but very noisy from the street

It was very difficult to obtain keys from lockbox, in another building to the accommodation. Bathroom smelt of mould. Poorly maintained room. Not stunning at all.

Very comfortable, clean and well located. The washing machine was helpful Easy access too.

A little hot inside the apartment, but it's ok because they provide a fan.

wasnt clean, floor was sticky, bedsheet stains and didnt have any space left in the wardrobe for my clothes

Nice cosy place, clean, safe... in downtown of Auckland. Had all what we needed for our short stay.
