Isabella Apartments by Wonderful Italy

The location was amazing - just a 2 minute walk into the main square. The 2 en suite bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable with nice high ceilings and a rustic but clean feel. The kitchen seemed to have most things you'd need, though we didn't do any cooking in it. One improvement would be to provide washing up liquid. The host was very responsive by WhatsApp to any issues we were having. Felt like good value for money and was perfect for a wedding we were attending in town.

Although a plumber came to check it and said there was no issue, there was still a constant smell of gas in the kitchen during my stay which was a little concerning. I think it's a little unrealistic to expect the guests to be able to dispose of the separated waste on the relevant waste collection day because it might not correspond well with the days of their stay, and they may not be able to make it to any public bins on the day they check out. But they're both very minor issues. Overall it was a great stay.

La casa aveva un'odore terribile di muffa e delle macchie ben visibili, impossibile rimanere al suo interno con le finestre chiuse, presente anche in bagno (specialmente doccia). I fornelli non si accendevano e il wifi non funzionava

La casa era pulita e completa di tutto i confort di una abitazione.

la mancanza di parcheggio nelle vicinanze è stato un fattore molto negativo. il parcheggio più vicino era a pagamento.

Posizione semicentrale anche se come una salita per arrivare, è zona non raggiungibile con la macchina….pero tutto sommato molto vicino al centro.

Siamo arrivati ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare un ora prima che ci dessero l’appartamento. A parte questo, casa molto buia, poche finestre…condizionatore non funzionante e puzza di gas all’interno dell’appartamento continua, nonostante non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina.

Assolutamente location inadatta a famiglie.. senza possibilità di parcheggio.. l addetto la prima sera per sua indicazione ci ha fatto prendere una multa di 80.00 eur.. tutte le volte dal rientro dal mare dopo una giornata trovare parcheggio una impresa e a circa 1 km se andava bene..altro che nelle vie adiacenti come in descrizione..

misleading advertising. property is two seperate units and the advertisement uses images of outdoor spaces that only come with one of the properties. this is deliberately misleading. shower in one room was broken and toilet flush buttons. beds are very uncomfortable. gas smell is disturbing and despite reporting, switching switch off only minimised but did not remove smell.

Location to the old town was great and the style of the apartment.

The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms did not work properly; terrible gas smell in kitchen and entered one bedroom when the windows were open. Was concerning to us. The apartment was not as clean as we would have liked, there was black mould growing in one of the showers which could easily wipe off and the floor appeared not to have been washed in one bathroom. My friend said the springs in her bed made for a very uncomfortable sleep.

Great location, ideal for seeing Ostuni. Clean but lacking in some amenities. A kettle/jug, plus some more utensils in the kitchen would be good.
