The hotel is fairly new and very nice, the location is easy to get in and out of, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The town is growing but still has that small hometown feels.

I have nothing to complain about.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Morgan was quiet and clean. The staff members were friendly. We stay their while visiting family. We did day trips to Greeley, Sterling and Denver. The hotel is conveniently located off I-76. My family visit me the hotel and they were impressed.

"Beyond frustrating"

The property said I did not have a reservation with them even though booking.com confirm it so I have to scramble at 10:30pm to look for an alternative place to stay the night after a long drive while waiting 30 minutes just to talk to booking.com rep. The night was frustrating and to make it worst I’m still waiting for me refund because nobody( property or booking.com)seem to be able to help me get my money back for a hotel room that the hotel claim I don’t have reservations for or get stay in. The worst part is the hotel told me to contact booking.com but booking.com wanted me to contact the hotel for help. If this is how things to work, I’m not sure why I have to go thru your service in the first place.
