I couldn't ask for any more for the price: the room was big and clean, the staff very friendly and the location perfect for both the beach, the main food areas and the wonderful Bac My An market.

Although the hotel is a bit dated and in need of a lick of paint and little upgrades here and there? I had a lovely stay. All of the staff are super nice, the room price is affordable, the location is excellent, (just on the edge of the tourist streets) my favourite bar dirty fingers is a few doors down, local food in the side street as well as a Michelin rated Indian restaurant next door to an awesome spa. I could go on...

"You can sense the road in your room!"

It’s on the road, so in the night it’s a bit noisy. Windows are not soundproof. On top, there was light from the street which the curtains can not cover. People who prefer dark room will find it difficult. I booked for 3 nights but stayed for only one.
