APM Inn and Suites

The air conditioner worked very well in hot weather. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The WiFi was adequate.

The room was not really clean (one sink had smudges, the floor had not been swept/vacuumed carefully). There is nowhere to hang anything. There is not even a chair to sit on and certainly not a desk. Working on a bed is not ideal. This an older motel that has been somewhat refurbished, but none of the buildings have elevators, so expect to schlep your luggage up the stairs to the second or third floor. A light bulb that needs replacement (flickers) was just unscrewed part way.

The AC worked amazing. The bed was comfortable. It was a short drive from downtown. The water in the shower was hot. The wifi worked great.

The other guests at the hotel were genuinely terrifying. Walking to and from the car was always scary because they just sit outside their rooms and stare at you. People walked by peeking in the room when the blinds were open. Even with the deadbolt on the door, I did not feel completely secure.

The room and bathroom were newly updated and clean. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

The sheets looked rumpled. I suggested that a grab bar in the shower would be beneficial for us older folk.

Was okay pretty standard

The staff and even the residents were soooo friendly that I felt really comfortable being there. From New Hampshire to Texas I would have to say that they were the top hotels that I have stayed at. Very pet friendly also which was great since I do travel with animals. They even have an indoor heating pool which is great for relaxation after a long rides or during long rides..lol. They are doing reconstructing and making the place look better which is great.

I know that it's an old place and they're fixing everything but I don't really have that much to say that I didn't like except for the bedding could be a little better.

The room was quiet. Decent sheets and towels. Room mostly clean.

The desk ckerk had family/friends wandering the lobby eating pizza. They occupied the pool afterward. The grounds, parking lot, stairs, corridors, balconies were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING with mucus, grime, cig butts, trash/food bits . . . It appeared that many of the units are long term rented to less fortunate people, who were just roaming around their home turf. There is no ice machine, so I walked two addresses down to buy ice there. Not a good situation or value for travelers.
