Overly, the farm and guesthouse were exceptional on every level: super-cozy, detailed (live plants, eggs from the farm in the fridge for breakfast, snack basket) and with clear descriptions. The farm itself was amazing with chicken/hen on our porch, goats, cats, a dog wandering around and loads of horses in the paddock. The landscape with foliage was perfect at this time of year. The owners couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful. Great places to eat about 9 miles away.

"A real find, great location and wanted for nothing!"

We were visting Letchworth State Park and found this property nearby. What a gem. Host provided everything inside and outside in great detail. Lovely setting, relaxing pastoral environment. Wish we had had more time to explore and enjoy the property Would highly reccommend and will return if in the area in the future.

The view from the property is breathtaking, being able to wake up to a wonderful sunrise with the horses in the back and going to sleep with the view of the stars. The hosts were extremely accommodating making sure you have all necessary in the home.
