The heat pump was on when we arrived and milk and biscuits in the fridge. The pantry was well stocked. Grateful to relax and feel like home.

I really liked how well appointed the kitchen was. It allowed for easy meal prep. Thank you!

The door handles on the door in the main bedroom and ensuite, need a bit of attention. They don't shut readily.

Everything we needed was waiting for us. Nice outdoor area that caught the afternoon sun for sitting and chatting, over the road from the lake, and a short trip to town - either by car or walking. Also enjoyed a night at the weekly harness racing which seemed to be mostly for friendly locals. Restaurants and cafes served home cooked fresh food with great service and Hobbiton is only a half hour drive away.
