Beautiful riad in the heart of Marrakech, the staff was extremely welcoming and the mint tea was always ready to be served

Very nice location inside old town. Good breakfast included.

Seems like Riad should be little renovated. Old plasters falling off the ceiling is not the best experience. Hot water nad good water pressure in bathroom

The location is central and breakfast was really good. Receptionist is nice and tried to help us as possible

The room was not like the photos, it had no lock and the toilet door was see through. Wifi was also not working. When we tried to raise this with the manager and we even said that we’re happy to pay extra for another room she got very defensive saying that’s the room you paid and it is exactly like the photos and she didn’t help us to change rooms or find a solution. Very disappointing stay.

I liked the staff of the property that were so kind and caring.

I didn’t like the fact that our suite was not comfortable due to the following reasons: - Lights were not working (only one light worked and the one in the bathroom) however main lights and those by the bed were not working; - There was only one charging plug that was working at the room all the other ones were not so we had to charge phones and do whatever we had to do in turn; - The hair dryer also did not work! - The bathtub and the sink were flooding with water and we had to wait until the first water goes to open it again; The dressing room had no light…

We were warmly greeted at check-in. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Upon spontaneous request, we were even allowed to check out later and at no extra charge.

Peaceful location, super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

For the cost of my stay, not much.
