Flöckner B&B

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln beim Zimmer wie auch beim Frühstück. Die Lage ideal weil in der Nähe vom Zentrum aber doch ruhig gelegen.

Es ist ein B&B von daher kann man nicht den Komfort eines Hotels erwarten.

This little B&B is located in a quiet residential area, close to a park, at walking distance from the Central Statin (10 min). It is run by a family and everyone is extremely friendly without being invasive. We stayed at room number 1, with an entrance outside of the building witch we loved, because gave is even more privacy. The window faced a small but very green garden, giving a home feeling to the room. The room is very spacious, and it fits 3 adults perfectly. The beds are new and comfortable. One pillow and one duvet and a set of towels is provided per bed. The bathroom is very new, modern and eficiente. We LOVED the shower. The dor is made of painted glass, and it is somehow see through. If you are not travelling with family, this might be a set down for you. We only stayed for a day, but we recommend the place when visiting Salzburg. There is a new city policy that provides Free travelling cards for everyone staying in one of the city's hotels. Ask for it and they will send you an email with the access. The breakfast area seemed very little but there is an extra room that makes it even more cozy and charming. All is new and chosen with care and good taste. The food is good and plenty, we left with a delicious memory.

It would be lovely to have more than one pillow per bed. It would be better if the bathroom door wasn't see through. It would be a good idea to ad a curtain to the glass area on the door, to make the room darker in the morning.

Neat and clean, service is extremely good, staff is very humble and cooperative, breakfast is awesome.

Everything was perfect.

The room was excellent, and the ambience and surroundings were very quiet and nice. It was nice to have an entrance separated from the main one.

Breakfast could have been a little better, but overall it was good.

Große geräumige Zimmer, bequeme Betten, große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe, Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig, zusätzlich gab es ein Guest Mobility Ticket für die Busse.

Die Ablagefläche im Bad könnte durch ein kleines Regal ergänzt werden und an der Dusche fehlt der Vorhang.

Close to main station and city centre. Guest card allows free public transport in Salzburg and Land. Nice family run hotel, beautifully refurbished (still undergoing). Excellent buffet breakfast variations. Room was totally refurbished and fresh. It was even an apartment "upgrade". I reccomend a trip to Salzkammergut lakes (bus is free with the card to Wolfgangsee).

Sound insulation (noise of neighbours showering at 4am and corridor), but I'm sensitive for that :)
